It’s honestly very simple Keep the players happy Sl make sure they get game time first & foremost, to make sure that this happens sell/loan/release any other player similar rating to them in the team Make sure their contracts are good & ALWAYS update their development, once every 3 months I do it now & 9 times out of 10 I get insane results with almost every player, does work way better with attackers though I’ve found

I disagree dude as it’s a 10 season takeover, it’s absolutely pointless trying to buy someone who’s not young & can’t be the future of the club cause ultimately it’ll screw you later on If this was a normal rebuild & it was early on.. I’d completely agree with you as I do keep my rebuilds realistic, but in takeovers especially when a wheel can dictate what you do every season, realism takes a back seat!
