When I was 17 when I first went to jail I was charged with a class A robbery with an ACA. The only problem was that they had no physical evidence only witness. So I was in d pod and went upstairs to talk to someone on the top walk and this dude calls me over and starts talking about my case and asking about the guns. And he was telling me that he had people on the outside that could go get them for me so the police won't find them. Luckily right as I was about to tell them every detail of my case this dude downstairs came up stairs and LITERALLY grabbed my arm and pulled me downstairs and said " that guy is trying to get his time cut do don't tell him shit then he went upstairs told him to boot up and checked him out of the pod" if it wasn't for that dude "who is still in prison today" helping me out I would be in prison today too.

Hey bro you kick ass man. I'm 27 years old, and I'm looking at 7 years in myself soon. Currently have a warrant out for my arrest & I'm already on paper. I overdosed back in August, and I live in 1 out of only 5 states in America where there is no protection from prosecution in the case of an overdose. 3 months later I find out the state picked up charges for possession of Heroin & a benzo. The catch here is though that I overdosed on the only thing I had on me so after I fell out there was nothing on me to charge me with, and I'm assuming the "friend" I was with got scared when cops arrived on the scene & planted his shit in my pocket. It's just crazy because when I woke up in the Hospital I wasn't investigated by any police nor handcuffed to the hospital bed. The doctors told me what happened & told me I could leave when I felt ready then BAM 3 months later I have a warrant out. Fuck this state. After I overdosed in August it being my THIRD time to do so in one year I turned my life around, got on Suboxone & was building my life back together with my girl, and my kids. Now finding this out my whole world is shattered. I know & feel my girl is distancing herself slowly but surely. Its all coming to pieces. Anyway your videos are cool as shit man, Ive never been to the yard but I've done months on months in the county slammer which I hear is worse than the yard.

Joe, I really love the way you tell the truth about your time inside. There are snitches everywhere these days and the courts encourage this by giving less time to these pieces of shit everyday. I was raised near Detroit Michigan and was taught that snitches were like child molesters or atleast on there low level scale. I myself have been snitched on in life but have never snitched myself ever !!! I pride myself on that fact and when I was 14 years old was busted for selling pot at school. When I was in the detention center an old timer noticed that I was pouting about my circumstances. He smacked me in the back of the head and asked "Did you do the crime ?" I said yes. Then he said "Well than shut up and do the time !!!" I never forgot that and I just turned 46 years old. I believe that you should consider going to High Schools and speaking to kids about just what they run the risk of facing in prison as I believe that alot of them think it is somewhere they can build street credability.
