This is great having Chris on your channel. Fantastic recipe and showing the healthy alternative which also caters for people such as myself who suffer from coeliac disease or gluten intolerance as both rice flower and potatoe starch are gluten free. All I need to do is substitute the soy sauce with tamari or gluten free soy sauce. Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺

Chris always adding extra flavour to every video he's in. Thank you so much for this video! What does one do with the oil after? Just save the rest and use it for normal daily use? The oil gets brown and has lots of burnt bits leftover, so it's unappealing to use.

Here is a newbie trick to holding knives. Notice when Chris holds the knife, he holds it in the right position for chopping. Since they're not doing any chopping, you'll be better served by holding it like Champ does, with the middle, ring, and pinky around the handle, and the pinky and thumb around the blade of the knife. This gives you much better control.

My mind is blown by adding the egg to the chicken before dredging. Why take out another pan to put the egg in and dip the chicken when you can just coat the chicken in the egg and save a pan? Definitely using that tip in the future!
