I knew someone that worked at the Runza Ryan went to in this video. I showed them the video and they were very happy to see some familiar faces and see Ryan was happy with the food. Everyone there tries their best to make everyone happy, but there will be mistakes. Our advice is that please be patient and nice to food workers no matter what establishment it is. The main thing is, especially with fast food places, those placescan have 1000s of customers that ordered and got their food and wont write a review, because that´s the expected outcome. The people that are more likely to put a review are of course the people that either had a bad experience, or are difficult customers. We only know one side of the story. Like the person complaining about employees being on their, maybe it was 1 employee and there was actually a valid reason for it. Person that complained about no ice, maybe there was an issue with the machine, it was a bad moment of the day etc. No matter how good a company runs, there will always be a moment were something goes wrong.

Im a local from Bolingbrook ✌and I drove by that CosMcs everyday for work! It actually made me feel honored you visited our town! I can conformed that when it first opened those lines would stretch across the whole parking lot in that strip. They even had to close it off after 4 or 5pm. I have to agree with you on the drinks, my berry sourade tasted like liquefied starbursts. But those mcpops are such a sweet treat! Oh my word… I instantly recognized that Fazoli’s and I knew EXACTLY why it was on this list. I have door dashed from that Fazoli’s several times and it’s always an insane wait time, the drive thru is always slow or closed, and the staff is rude, too. To be fair, it’s always been around dinnertime so that may be a factor but it did not surprise me when that building popped up and I knew it instantly 😂 what a world

We love watching Ryan in our house! He is one of the very few KZbinrs I don’t mind watching with my kids. He just seems like a genuinely nice guy and the content is always fun!
