I could have saved you the review lol. Neighbor bought this 2 years ago and same results. No real power. Great for hauling leaves and light loads, but anything over 50 lbs it's a waste. BUT, there is good news! For a small fee $200.00 for a Lithium 10 AH, 24v battery, it turns into a beast! Neighbor made the switch and yes, it has power for days. I think he said it has a 9 AH PAW battery, which is basically what those kids plastic riding toys have.

I'd be too ashamed to defend this company after the poor showing on display here. Even if it was different in its past, allowing this to happen, the build quality, the wrong parts, the lack of battery, the battery being dead, its all a sign of poor management and very poor QA. What other rot is festering at this company for them to send their product out in this condition? How many more people got the units boxed up right before shift change? Too many red flags.

I usually move about 60 pounds at a time on my own right now with a balanced wheelbarrow. I do have a slope to go up & down. Move back and forth across an acre. My other option is to get an electric riding mower with a cart.

the going from green to red is due to voltage sag, this is caused by the battery being bad or the current is too much for the battery. This would probably work a lot better if the battery amp hours were higher

Pretty sure it's not supposed to do the work for you, just assist with more power so you don't fatigue as quickly. And a little extra boost when you need it. The red light might not be to indicate battery capacity, but rather indicate it does not have the torque to pull/push any harder.

*@TylerTube* never forget the most well known facts about any equipment that is supposed to do heavy lifting: 1. the advertised "max capacity" is what was tested in a "lab"-like condition, in the most optimal condition: always take the advertised "max capacity" and reduce it by about 15% to know what actual capacity the product can do in reality, also even if that was a Bobcat skid steer, you never want to load the machine to 100% or even 95% of their max capacity.. that is why pros say that when buying a piece of equipment you need to "size it right" (which means take the maximum capacity you think you will need and add a 25% buffer on top of it for future expansion) 2. did you fully charge the battery? it seem to look like even for an overloaded cart, you did not even finish one whole round through your yard when the battery was already drained. 3. what you are testing looks to me like "consumer line" product, which means it was engineered for light jobs around the house/garden, so they might never thought it will be tested to it's fullest advertised capacity and used it as a marketing gimmick, "professional line" products usually are required to stand behind their claims since they are being used in commercial environments which not adhering to claimed specs might lead to expensive law suits, something that will never happen with a "small"/private customer re-doing his 100sqm backyard. 4. just an idea- is it possible to replace the built-in battery with a higher capacity one? like most "cheaper" products, they have probably skimped on the most expensive component in this setup which might be the battery
