Yes, the crystal box was worth it! From what I could tell, you got carnelian, rose quartz, dalmation jasper, tiger's eye and maybe some malachite. Definitely would've cost more buying them individually in a crystal shop!

Y2k box had me cringing. Haha I was 18 on the year 2000. I had so many ponchos. The lacy top and bottom tank for under layers. PVC pants. Slanted zip motorcycle jacket, low rider pants, cowl neck.... peeka boob tops. Oh god haha

Provided the crystals are real, that mystery box was totally worth the price! Many shops in my area would charge around $3-5 (or more) a piece for most of those. Also, in terms of what you do with them... Well, I admittedly just keep my crytals in little display cases to be admired, but there's all sorts of crafting potential. You can turn them into jewelry pieces, a sun catcher, an art piece, or any other decor really.

Hello from the US! Years ago, I had a 13 hours layover in Turkiye, and a man on the plane kept insisting I go with him to see his city during my layover. I couldn't get away from him and, being just a dumb 18 year old girl, allowed him to lead me out of the airport. We picked up his cousin, and they spent 10 hours showing me around Istanbul. We went to a cafe, mosques, and a market. I forgot about the time, and suddenly the man hails a cab hands the driver money and tells me to have a safe journey. He paid for my ride back to the airport! Everyone I met was so kind, especially these two men who could have done anything to me, but were simply welcoming and generous hosts. I have always dreamed of going back to your country some day!
