I was impressed by this drills performance. Even after being submerged in water, its still works. Overall its a great starter drill for the price. I did not test durability or long-term performance use.

I got this Warrior drill at $12 with a coupon a couple years ago, charged it, used it to drill a few holes and screws and put it down for over a month. When I needed it again, I thought- Better charge it, but when I checked if it ran, she ran! Still fully charged! Went and got the impact with another coupon (can use same battery) it’s a great little driver for a few bucks! 👍

I was shocked that the battery worked after the dunk. That tool will be a great addition for someone that is tired of switching between drilling and driving with the same tool. Great stuff Aaron!

I've been using one of these for light duty stuff at work for almost 10 years. It holds a charge for a long time, even if it's been stuck in a cold car overnight, and just keeps on working. And if it ever breaks, I can buy 4-5 replacements before hitting the price point of a bigger brand name drill.

Great test. I'd buy two of them (one for drilling and one for screwing) + one extra battery (if possible) I have something similar (Parkside/LIDL, probably not known in the US), also 12V which cost 50 USD 7 years ago. Still going strong (I bought a second battery after 3 years, just to be sure). It's doing about 65% of my drilling work. For more power I have a corded drill and a 20V battery drill (quite heavy) and a drill press for more precise drilling + hole saws, forstner bits, etc.

I have that exact drill. It also came with an LED 'drill shaped' flash light. Perfectly fine drill for small house hold projects and pre-drilling projects etc. Warrior is a crappy brand in general. I bought of their angel grinders that literally got too hot to hold after like 5 minutes. Total trash- but this drill is actually pretty nice.

It's handy, but for ten bucks more you can get the 18V. I have three of these and , yes, they will handle a small hole saw just fine. Great to have pilot bit drill and a countersink drill and a drill left over to install the screw without having to change every time.

I don't think those numbers indicate speed. That is a clutch for torque settings. When you want to set a limit on the amount of torque the drill will apply.

I have never bought something at harbor freight and felt like I didn't get my monies worth. I hate hearing people shit on their tools, I really do. These are people that think they are gonna pay 15 bucks and get a drill on the level of a 100 dollar dewalt. That's not gonna happen. If you need a drill on the level of a dewalt then buy a fucking dewalt. If you need a drill to put up some pictures at home, then buy the cheapest drill you can find. My entire workshop is bought from harbor freight. Scroll saw, ban saw, router table, table saw, chop say, planer, jointer, dust collector, as well as every electric hand tool like my hand planer, radial sander, literally everything. Wanna know how many items I have EVER returned to harbor freight? 0.
