The person that walked up to the fountain was giving you a hint for the future of the game. If you didn't notice, that person was the little figure that you used to get to Sam's house and Jade the Jellyfish's factory. If you kept playing for longer, you had to go to the place where Sam and Jade lived, and walk up to the fountain. You also had to open up the files in home and research through like 20 files. This was all for a code that you aquired from those 2 places for you to put the code, then you had the option from the commands to stop Kinito's Administration Powers. This comment only talks about half of what happens, so download the actual game to get the real deal.

(I hope im not spoiling the game) and then you get two new apps in the game which is chapter and idk how to say this but i think its looker. Exe something like that and then you can see secret stuff that kinito cannot find find all of those and when its in the command thingy you can type the code files that was sent while you were finding the secret files and type the files in the code ( if you can do it correctly) it should make kinito get deleted and then your free from kinito.
