I do the daily catch, spin and research for my account, my girl and the kid, and in 2024 I got a total of 13 remote passes across all 3 accounts. I get most common is pokeballs, followed by sinnoh and unova stones. I also got 5 ultra balls once.

If it hasn't been said already I believe Sunset Park in Las Vegas is a real contender for the best grind spots. The lake is a perfect size for fast and slow grinders as the pokestops will respond before you make the lap creating a continuous flow of spawns especially during events.

Nashville is better. Same as NYC. Except, with Nashville, parks have pokestops 6 across and 15 longways. Nashville is better than both. Always lured up. Unmatched.

Not quite. For some reason Brandon played in the Herald Square area. I honestly have no idea why. New York is peak on the upper west/east side. Not many people (except on the avenues during rush hour but whatever), tons of lured up stops, few cars on the streets, tons of great spawns, an NYC exclusive, and routes EVERYWHERE! Definitely come to UES or UWS if you can! The biggest downside is that the only way to get free pokecoins is to go to like east Queens and leave 5+ pokemon in the gyms. I can tell you live in Nashville due to the home city bias and, while it is great, you should definitely put in the effort to make a trip out to NYC!

Bouffalant has a broader range along the mid-Atlantic coast - it's pretty common in Jersey and Delaware and I think when I go down to DC as well. I'm guessing the range is similar to the north of NYC, but I don't get up to Boston enough to know for sure.

Dude save that Dynamax bulbasaur. It can be dual purposed cause those were good PVP IVs for your next PVP challenge AND if you wait to evolve it till the Wild area event coming up in like 2 weeks it learns Frenzy plant. Save the Elite TM. Boufalant is in the north east, I actually caught a few in Boston so there is a bit of a wide area where they spawn.

New York is just so much bigger and more pokestop/gym dense. Theres so many more players too (even if some spoof). There was like 0 lures in santa monica. Shoulda focused more on catching mons tho especially for xp/dust. 190 mons in an hour is like kinda mid

I visited NYC this summer for the in-person Go Fest and while the event was great I was actually disappointed with the pre- and post event spawns. Sure, NYC has a lot of gyms and stops, but where are all the spawns? You can stand in an iconic place like Times Square with thousands of people and see like 3 spawns. Granted I was only in NYC for a week, but imo there are plenty of equally good or better spawn clusters in my home city Stockholm.

I would say to compare 2 places at least in terms of shinys caught, you should of done both during the same event. Especially since the 2 shinys you got were shiny boosted to 1/64. The piplup was boosted for the event and pineco's shiny rate is always 1/64. Granted you could of encountered pineco in New york since it wasn't event specific.

new york is best , use to be zaragoza spain. but zaragoza got nuked , spoofers are to thank for all the full raids and lures lol . most people spoof due to living in smaller areas and not being able to travel or be able to get lobbies to do raids etc . i myself spoof on an alt account to send my actual account raid invites so i can actually get into raids with people . i dont spoof to farm pokemon or spoof on my main account , just on an alt to send myself raid invites . campfire thing says 100 people showing up for raids , get there and theres 2 people lol. i think pokemon needs to rethink how raids and dynamax works , in rural areas on somehow based on how many pokemon go players log in daily etc , base raids on how many play in the area , something . idk how it would work but until people can actually play, people will spoof . like ill trade myself regionals that id never be ble to get as i cont afford to travel the world . niantic needs to rethink some things honestly , give people a stick to walk around their area with, like a 1 mile radius or something , it would help those who cant get out and play also. leave shadows and events like comm day as in person events or something . idk how to do it but we need a change honestly
