I purchased a Eufy x8. It worked ONCE! ONCE! Uno vez! it was set up in like 3 minutes, mapped the house. What a joy and happy time! Worked so perfectly! 2 days later, it was time to watch it work again... Nope. Gone. Can't connect to thr app. Called eufy, tried to reset it; won't reset. Even pulled the battery. Even let the battery completely drain! Nothing. Ultra disappointed. Have to return it. Which is difficult as I'm not in the states so I've got to take it to the states in my backpack :(

Dafuq?! THEY should pay for your postage to return it as its a defective unit and covered under warranty.

@@DJignyte customer service has been fantastic. If I was stateside it'd be easy. They'll pay for postage but NOT the $50 I paid to get it to me nor the $50 I'll spend to get it back... I guess that's fair. They are giving me a bunch of extra brushes and maintenance items tho.

It depends on the suction level. At the lowest setting it’s pretty quiet, while at the highest setting it’s obviously louder.

The one time mine worked, I felt it was pretty quiet. It obviously makes some noise, but you can easily watch TV with no issue while it's doing it's thing.

Ehh, I feel like these tests weren't realistic at all. I personally wouldve liked to see you crush the cereal ON the carpet, walk all over the dirt and hair you spread on the carpet. I also would've used real human and animal hair as synthetic stuff is completely clean, and can be a lot silkier, thus easier to detangle. And finally the mop test, I would've spilled milk, coffee, and soft drinks to see how it handles those as coffee can stain very well, milk will smell if not cleaned properly, and dried out soft drink is super sticky. Keep up the good work!
