Shervin, could you do a review in the future of breathing training devices? Something like PowerBreathe, Airofit, Oxalife, Somnox and the likes. Interested to see if it impacts your athletic performance (cardio wise) and if it increases your recovery, HRV, and any sleep quality markers.

Stim units are amazing. I used my Marc Pro for years until it decided it couldn’t go anymore. Haha Percussion Massage guns are amazing. Use my hyper volt daily. Haven’t tried the mini theragun. Compression boots are Rad!!! Teh R8 roller is awesome. Dont have one, but love using one anytime it’s available. Trigger point balls are amazing for the thoracic area and for your feet. Vibrating rollers are awesome for pre session and post session. Just don’t use a foam roller or variation directly on the IT band. Get in front or behind the IT band. The trigger point ball or massage gun is great for this. Stim units are great to use weekly. Especially before Chiro treatment.

Hey Shervin, just recently discovered your channel and I’m loving your content! You do a great job at creating interesting content, and keeping the videos exciting! I’ve been looking at getting a pair of flux adapt runners, and would love to see you do a review of them! Also not sure, but it almost looked like you were wearing a pair of flux shoes in this video 😂 so I’d love to see a review of the trainers they sell too! Anyways keep up the great work and have a great day!!

I have to warn you about Marathon training and high volume endurance training in general. This will for sure lower your testosterone dramatically, usually cutting it in half. It's well known in running communities. Actually this is one way professional runners cheat. Since they are doing a high volume of training (above 90 miles a week, lets say), they know it will crash their T. Well they will constantly monitor their T, and then supplement it to bring it back up to 100%. This will enable them to train with full normal intensity instead of dealing with 40% of their natural T levels. If they are tested, the drug test will just show a normal level of testosterone (they aren't taking supraphysiological amounts). Maybe track your training volume and get t levels checked, it would make for some interesting videos. I ran at a D1 school in college, so I had a ton of training volume. No I did not suppliment. But after I stopped running i was able to put on a CRAZY amount of muscle almost effortlessly with just calistenics and spinning. I had 29 inch thighs with separation at one point despite being 6'4". I can bench three plates still to this day despite being lazy about working out. When I was running I couldn't do 1 plate, no joke. And I did that all with just pushups, LOL. That should tell you how much I had beating myself down with running LOL. That's just to show you how much it beats down your T levels bro. That really changed my stance on running. I don't think marathons or crazy volume is healthy. And who knows what it does to your heart. I hope I didn't F myself up LOL. My recommendation is run 10Ks max if you really want to run. Skip the marathons. Marathons actually have a shady history. Basically nobody ran them before the Olympics were revived in 1896. Yes ancient olympics had some distance runs but I not marathons. The only mention of a marathon before 1896 was the original ancient legend where Philippides DIES after finishing it to announce victory at Athens. That should tell you something. It's a modern invention by weird people with questionable intentions.

@@ShervinShares totally understand. My opinion which isn't worth much is that your best stuff is the higher editing quality ones where its a mix of the action video and you talking over with your scripted thoughts, either narrated or to the camera in the moment. This video while fun to shoot for sure really was just that. Nothing of value gleaned from my 15 minutes of time. I'm probably the minority though so who knows. Keep crushing it and thanks for the hard work

@@ShervinShares jokes are great! Love the levity mixed in with the more serious kinda like experimenting data stuff! A good example of one that was similar to this one in the style but was more useful to me at least was the caffeine levels video. Still mixed in good insights with a not serious tone. On the flipside I think your best work is the ones where you experiment with a thing, be it exercise routine or a gadget or a medical scan/test. Gather data on it over time and share the data, then finished out with your personal thoughts. Then again I'm an N of 1 🤷‍♂️. Keep up the hard work. I know it ain't easy to come up with content but so far I'd say you and your team are crushing it!
