You did read the instructions on the ice cube tray. I remember hearing you say you have to twist the tray to loosen the cubes, THEN push the dealie on the bottom.
@adamkieffer68273 жыл бұрын
The “pusher” mechanism seem like a gimmick. You have to twist the tray to break the cubes, then hold it with one hand while moving the lever to bump a cube out with that same hand or the other (so possibly two-handed operation?). Or you can twist a regular tray to break the cubes and put it down on the counter and just take one out. Maybe this would be a good solution for someone, but I suspect even those with poor dexterity would do better with a regular tray.
@mediaphile3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, seems pretty clear you crack them to loosen them, then with it still upright, squeeze the lever to push it up so you can pull it out.

22:30 One thing to keep in mind is that the gadgets you showed are reusable (I hope!), while the clingfilm is disposable and pretty wasteful.
@sarahmorey32123 жыл бұрын
The thing for the onion and tomato is to reduce waste. You’re throwing away a lot of plastic using cling film so by using those reusable tubs you aren’t throwing plastic away every time you want to use it. I’d recommended changing so you’re not part of the problem 😉☺️

Congratulations! I live in Sweden, and the Swedes invented the cheese slicer. I come from Finland, and that is a gadget found in practically every Finnish and Swedish home. I have been using them since I was a kid, and I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE WHO HAS CUT THEMSELVES WITH ONE. You are the first! I'm impressed! It's like a potato peeler.
