For the herbs: Number 1 is Flat Parsley Number 2 is Curled/Curly Parsley Number 3 is Basil (: I worked in a herb and plan centre for a while! So I’m pretty good when it comes to plants, what they’re used for and where to plant them/which ones. The one in the video they used was mint :P

Using boiling water to peel a peach does work, you just need to score the peach with an X first, alsoand make sure that it is fully submerged in the boiling water. It might not come off cleanly in one piece but it will come off. The same technique can be used to peel tomatoes.

I'd like to offer this suggestion: I think shelling shrimp with a fork is much easier when you align the curve of the shrimp with the curve of the fork. Their degrees of curvature are roughly the same. Please try this and let us know what you think. Also, I suspect that your failure to peel a peachskin using boiling water and ice might be that yours was not a regular peach. What you were were using is called a Nectarine. It is a peach hybrid possessing a smooth skin that's not furry with "peach fuzz" like a regular peachskin. A Nectarine is also larger on average than a conventional peach, and has a smaller, smoother seed pit that is easier to extract. Again, thank you for passing along these valuable tips. My past aggravations with such problems in the kitchen are now extinct!

Looks like you had cilantro and parsley. Also I use the peach method all the time when I make jam . You do have to have it almost rolling boil for a lot a minute or so then if Ice for a couple minutes but it does work well. Just not that fast. I’m totally using the shrimp hack to. 😊

also the peach thi g does work but u need to put the peach in boiling water on the stove not pour hot water over it, also helps if u score and x on the bottem first, works with tomatoes too, i do several bushels a year this way
