Desiree, I really enjoyed being part of "the hunt". This is big and you will have so much to keep us updated. Tip: I learned this from international classmates. When it starts raining get your umbrella (if you choose one with a garage no umbrella needed) run to car and apply car wash detergent. The rain rinses your car thoroughly. I had garage so I drove around apartment complex a little returned to garage and applied car wash solution and drove around complex or used parking space for rinse. Benefits: an appreciation for all God has given to our stewardship and helping to reduce waste so babies can have a head start correcting levels of waste and pollution because we were taking so much for granted. I hope you get one with garage so you can safely load and unload your car and not have to hunt for parking when you get back home. Keep reaching for all that God has in store for you and your family.

Oh my! You are one of my favorite KZbinrs! If you move to Houston and after getting settled, please have a meetup! : ) Houston is relaxed, fun, and very diverse (like NY)! Just hot and sweaty as a caveat. Still trying to figure our my loc routine here due to the humidity if styling into a 'neat" look. Nevertheless, you will love it.

Hey Desi and hubby, Houston Texas is so beautiful my hubby and I and family went on vacation there in March 3rd of this year, and I really didn't want to come back to my state, so much fun and things to do you won't be bored, from the beach to the mall's fun(Pearland).

Desiree, your precious little family is so blessed and you or husband never forgets to add "to God be the glory" and "Our heavenly Father has been blessing and continues to be blessing". I do hope you have had the opportunity for pool time and to enjoy double set of French doors. I do not remember if it was a home improvement store or a diy arts and crafts but if allowed by management seeking drawstring-like screening to keep bugs out on one side will be pleasing experience for Southern heat days and someone cooler nights. Oh yes, the telescope for star gazing and NASA take-offs. Give yourselves a rest those cross country relocations are serious. We did from Chicago to New Orleans and someone had to give us permission to take a break after getting basics. You, your husband take a break cause I see "baby enjoying his life with classmates and..."

If you love nature, the parks are amazing. We love all the parks. Discovery Green downtown usually has events for all ages. There’s Hermann Park near the Zoo, we love that one as well! The Aquarium is stunning…
