LSC is one of the best channels for automotive content. And he's such a killer dude off and on camera. @@Rev.Match.Reviews I agree with your reply 100%. Never met LSC, but I love the videos and all the others. I do not work on cars. My son hit a tree (slow speed, frame was fine) and the body damage was extensive. The body shop did such a good job, I got very curious about how the repairs can make the car look like nothing ever happened. Started watching Samcrac and that led to a lot of other similar channels. Really like VTuned garage @Vtuned as he is really relatable and does really amazing work. Some exotics, some regular cars. He recently replaced a F-150 frame (Edit: correction Tremor) That was really interesting. I live in Jackson, TN. It is about as affordable as you can get, but east Tennessee (Chattanooga, etc.) is much nicer - more to do, mountains and beautiful scenery, and popping down to Atlanta for car-related things is easy. Middle TN, especially Nashville, has gotten much more expensive. Tons of folks are fleeing from LA to Nashville, which kills a lot of culture there and drives up the prices of everything. So, I'd say look into the east side of TN, especially Chattanooga. But we'd always be happy to welcome you to the west side of the state.

I think you should give Oklahoma a hard look. I joined the service and moved here from Atlanta in 2011. Before that I had never been to here or knew anything about it. It’s cheaper, the people are nicer and the overall cost of living is very fair. Not to mention there is a huge racing community and a lot of areas are friendly towards these communities. The biggest reason I stayed was because of how affordable it is. You can find yourself a house with land and a shop and 4 car+ garage for around 500-600k or less depending on the area. The house I live in now would be closer to 2 million in or near Atlanta.

You still get too much snow though, the southern states can do outdoor automotive content all year round, also the salt they have to put on the roads is like poison for cars, it always lowers the resale value, cars from a state that gets a lot of snow will sell for signifigantly less than identical cars from a state that doesnt get snow or the snow does not stay after it falls.

Move to Redding California. It's a Car Town. Year Round Productivity. Trying to turn this into Sac Town NorF for Black Man. My mum bought us a mobile home here because of the Wolfgang International (dragsters a plus). My 1974 Superbeetle went from 1600cc to 2007cc. This Town is Hip Rich. EPA rules are worth it.

Wow. I thought Rich would have a larger space and be balling with all his talent.

Fun fact for those from elsewhere, MA has super high cost of living, but it's not from taxes ... we are just middle of the road there. It's the housing and food and everything else from the urban area on the eastern side of the state.

I went to MA once, coldest place I've ever been and I'm not just talking about the weather. Beautiful state (I was in Plymouth and really liked Halifax for some reason) but cold. I'll always remember "yeah, they call us Massholes for a reason" lol

@@StaredownGames it's true, one thing I hate is, it seems some people will go out of their way to be rude to you for no reason. Not sure why anyone gotta be that way.

From the channel that he appears to have created, he is on house arrest and community service because of the crashing of the racecar.

It’s always hilarious when I click on a rich rebuild video. The first sponsor video comes up as always, Tesla.
