I generally feel scared as hell, but also excited I guess. Typically the fear onset is early in the awareness of the process, and the excitement comes in a that the last minute, because I typically thrive in difficult or scary situations. I applaud your fearlessness in the face of the emotionally strenuous situations, and I wish you much good luck and fortune as you continue on your journey. You’ll be okay wherever you land , and in whatever circumstances you find yourself in, because you are a truly genuine person who embraces honesty and the funky situations you find yourself in. Thanks for taking us along with you and Halo, I find you and your story deeply inspiring.

It feels scary when one has to worry about their baby. However, it's also calming. I feel a huge sense of relief knowing what's going to happen in the next chapter, but also a bit of excitement for knowing that something new is about to be experienced in life. Some times waiting for the right moment is worth the while 📝🦇🎃🍂🍁

When I was about your age, probably a little older, I left my home state and moved 1700 miles away. I left in a small U-Haul truck and arrived in Northern Minnesota. I lived there for 24 years. About 4 years ago, I moved back home. Each big change in my life was bit of a process, but I wouldn't change it for anything. So many new experiences, so many people I met along the way. My journey isn't over and it seems like yours is just beginning. Take good care of yourself, and be mindful of your body. It tells you when to take a break or when to slow down a bit. Be safe and observant. Have an amazing journey. 🥰

I find it strange that you tend to move or go away whenever you start to make friends or finding a place in the community. You'll never be able to settle down with that attitude and mindset if im honest. You want things to be given to you exactly how you want it and when things goes a little sideway, you abandon everything and repeat the same process again. I feel bad for Halo that youre leaving him behind and goin to Europe just because things in the Bay / LA dont live up to your fantasyland. But these vlogs are also months behind what is currently happening to your life so all these people commenting trying to help you kind of feel pointless. You mightve already settled in europe for all we know

Hi! I’m just passing through as an objective observer of this channel but does anyone else notice a pattern of her posting “woe is me” videos and then the comments giving her perfectly valid advice that she seems to completely ignore? Idk it just seems like she delights in ppl feeling bad for her. Like that is part of her identity and “brand” of videos which seems so odd to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think there might be some projection in your observations, although I don’t know your story, and I appreciate your perspective. I see her journey and vlogs as very earnest expressions of what she is experiencing and learning from as she continues to grow and mature. As a middle-aged person, her vlogs feel like a young person experiencing and expressing her thoughts and feelings in an uncommonly genuine and honest manner. Which I think is always better than other people who produce content that is aimed at attracting likes and subs, which may not make much sense to a younger viewer, who at the same stage would more likely attempt to provide a more polished but less honest images of their life.

I see what your friend means when he says how do you know its not for you if you've not been throwing yourself into socialising and living in the community. I'm sure it feels very cold and unfriendly sometimes, but I'm sure there will be a lot of other lonely people on your team that also feel lost in Silicon Valley that would be friendly and grateful for the connection if someone reaches out. Sometimes people will try to tell you the truth so you don’t create lies and runaway from reality, it’s easier to have those beliefs when ur alone. I’ve been through similar situations as her, building anything takes time, especially a home! You can’t just expect people to suddenly wanna be ur friend just cuz of ur story, especially one who has signs of leaving suddenly. Takes time, situations, and a needed role to build relationships, she needs to get used to it and learn to love what she does/doing, which I think she’s displaying slowly and progressively.

I couldn't agree more! That kind of thinking not only isn't true but it can hinder our own responsibilities towards ourselves and the lives WE create! There is no part of the universe (outside of its expression of life through our loved ones, human and doggy alike) that hopes, pushes, provides.... whatever. The universe is not a sentience with goals, motives, gifts, nor damnation. Opportunities arrive from our community, our abilities, our openness to experience! Some things are random, some we have control over. But NO ONE other than ourselves and our close loved ones desire and work towards our success, goals, whatever. Your goals and success are things you have to put the hard work in for, the universe doesn't give anything.

Were you thinking about buying a container house to stay in Silicon Valley? It is much cheaper to buy than a normal real estate but as well as much more comfortable comparing to living in a car. Or were you thinking about buying a camping car?

Everyone in the comments is a psychoanalyst. Living in a car sort of got de-stigmatized during Covid because of all the camper conversion but it’s still not common place.
