Pretty much. I think I've heard of a couple of instances where the "actor" was able to buy the Vtuber IP, but it was a lot of money and a very painful process. This genuinely looks like a good split. Rin gets to keep her IP, and Brave Group gets good PR, making it likelier that I and many other will check out their other content.
