Problem with mental health issues, the root cause if never resolved... Struggled with depression and anxiety for 3 yrs... Just got the hang of a solution early this year... I can even say I'm happy and feel way better.... I don't do much but I stopped taxing myself for not doing much.... Stopped mentally punishing myself! Thoughts was one of my big problems. Going through old conversations again and again. Events. Decisions. Etc. 😫 Going through fails and lacks! Stopped all that. Eliminated triggers. Restored sense of belonging and put hope on future possibilities.... Take your time... One step at a time...

Get one of those prescription savings cards, or print a coupon from goodrx. Without the card, it's about 105.00 for 60 20mg tablets. With the card, it's 35.xx at a Walmart neighbor market. Just FYI, Adderall is a wonderful med that really helps me. I have a legal script and been taking it for over ten years. 1. Drink plenty of water. Dehydration with Adderall can make you feel really nauseated. 2. Don't try to experiment with it like many do. Don't say I feel good on one, wonder what two will do. 3. Don't take it after 5, you won't sleep well. 4. Protein shakes or nutritional drinks make it more effective. I don't know why, it just does.

This is so timely. I relate to you so much and it's weird. I feel like I'm invading your privacy almost. I've followed and emphasized your journey since Jan and every single video is cathartic I too have adhd. And bipolar. And I most def prob depressed but who isn't. I do stupid shit like go to publix three times in one day for something stupid. Lately I've been wasting hrs listening to Harry potter audiobooks. Can and should I be doing more, yes, but things sweetly cut off in those moments, almost as good as a blunt. I wish my life was more interesting more fun, for me! But I'm usually in my bed cuddling with cat doing nothing of note. I also take Adderall as needed and had to jump through crazy hops just to get it and keep it. I WISH I could find therapy but insurance is a bitch. And even if I found one therapist are so textbook and useless. Where the doctors we see on tv??? Ugh! Ok. I awkwardly ask you to keep sharing your journey. I'll selfishly admit it's comforting to see I'm not as crazy or alone as I feel. And I thank you for sharing 🤎
