I loved this Greg, I took my Slayer Max 10 about 3 miles into the Chesapeake bay this fall chasing red drum. I managed to haul in a 46” VA citation sized drum, it was the coolest day on the water I’ve had this year. Hope you’ll make this a regular thing! Jigging for salmon is an extremely fun bite

I have to get a kayak! I have a twenty two foot boat but there is something to be said about fishing in a small craft! I used to go out in a canoe all of the time until I flipped it in the ocean in May and in Alaska. My wife said not again! So the kayaks have advanced so much since then. Was getting a little nervous, watching you wrestle that big Lingcod, with the rod tip off to the side. Was worried the line or hook was gonna give, and all that momentum was gonna send you into the drink! That's why I always try to keep the rod tip out toward the front, when fighting a worthy opponent. If it was ME, I KNOW I'd end up swimming! 😄
