What a privilege it was to be invited to such a huge show. An amazing collective of trainers and their wonderful horses, I loved being part of this prestigious event and I hope you enjoy this insight into the weekend.

Miri, thank you so much for sharing this. I've been really debilitated by anxiety and I can't tell you how helpful it is to see your full truth here. It would be so easy to just show the parts with you speaking so beautifully at the show. Someone like me would watch that and assume it was just easy for you, and then feel even more shame that they find it hard. This is ACTUALLY inspiring. Thank you.

So lovely to see you Di Di Zora and Meg at this truly amazing show Miri. You did an amazing presentation. Despite your anxiety. You looked very tired when i saw you and hugged you. I think you were exhausted mind and body. But you did it. You are an inspiration. An amazing horsewoman. Amoungst other like minded horsemanship trainers. I saw Warwick. Brilliant as always. What i love about this show. Is the friendlyness of all at the showcase. You can have a chat to any of the horseman women. Steve young , warwick and you were my fav's.❤ Learn so much. Kenco changed your life Miri.Bless her. Blondie too. All these trainers have a deep understanding of horses. Love horses. Train them in a gentle way. Which i believe is the only way...very well done Miri. I have followed you from those kenco days. The ups the downs. You never gave up. Despite your anxiety.. you are one very talented, brave , beautiful soul Miri. You work so hard. You deserve to be amoungst the best at this brill show.❤❤

So proud of you Miri. As you said, a big ask from your nervous system but how many people were in that crowd and now feel inspired by you. Amazing. ❤

You were and are brilliant! I'm grateful for the inspiration you've given me as I deal with my own anxiety. The lesson I'm taking away today: do what you love for those you love.

I am super proud of you for doing this! I understand the anxiety hangover and the mental effort required to speak in front of a large group. The thought makes me want to vomit. I’m v happy you focused on the confidence you have in how you train and how beneficial it is for the horses. You want the best for them and it shows. 👍👍👍
