Nice score on the Polo stuff John. You was saying that this was one of your best days in a long while at Yard Sales. I have to agree with you John, Especially in our area. Yard Sales over the summer was the common household stuff and kids clothes it seemed to me anyway. Being from the same area, in actuality 15 minutes from each other, we hit a lot of the same sales I am sure. I love trying to find new undergarments for Men, T Shirts, briefs, Thermal stuff, etc etc. I guess I will see you soon out at some sales. Your Friends, Bob

Why don't people put prices on their items that they're trying to sell? Drives me bonkers when they do that at yard sales. I'm all for haggling if the person is willing to sell for less to get rid of things, but when they don't even have a starting price or estimated price on it to begin with, it's awkward having to keep asking them a price for everything. The polo samples are cool, but I don't know that the Company wanted him to sell that stuff, which is probably why he did it as a yard sale. Usually they have stipulations. I had stipulations when I worked for an electronics retailer and we'd get yearly samples of free stuff to try that were expensive, but we were told that we couldn't re-sell it. They were specialty as well, so they'd know if you put them up online.

John, I've watched your videos for a long time. Would you elaborate your strategy in going to yard sales? Do you go to all of the yard sales in your area, or do you only hit specific yard sales when they have things that may look interesting in their posting?

I pretty much hit any and all sales, in my experience when a sale advertises a specific item, they are asking a lot for it. I tend to do better finding things they didn’t advertise. Hope this helps!

Dude $20 on dvd r when they sell for 40 is not something non youtubers should be doing. it could still not work plus all the time testing listing and packing thats a bad buy. should have known to walk away. after cog and fees and shipping thats like...15 bucks profit max... You make some money on the vids so its okay, but for the non youtube reseller, thats a bad buy and you should let them know. usually you are good about that.
