I use to work out there make sure you watch for them rigs with warning signs them are your H2s rigs stay away when the yellow light flash. Use a wire leader I use to fish out there all The time fun fishing. Try to find some squid they lobe that bait.

Sorry you lost those. i think the knocker rig might have been the problem. i would have thrown the bait out with just a hook. the sinker close to the hook allows the head shakes to loosen the hook love your videos

I have a light egg weight that the current won’t let go all the way to the bottom and I’m feeding out just enough line where I think I’m around 15 feet down under the rig

That was one frustrating video to watch. I kept thinking get rid of that dang slip sinker and hook the hardtail in front of the dorsal fin. If he is a little to frisky just clip his tail off. Chunking was a step in the right direction if Cobia are around they will come right to the boat. Oh well, you will get them the next time.
