I'm trying to get very shredded right now... But Troy. That's barely any food! My deficit still makes me feel starved and watching this video makes me realize I eat more volume lol. If i met this man it wouldnt be for a photo. I would be for words of encouragement to push through and build on muscle as a natural. Being diabetic i cant take anything out of what my body would take in naturally. Ive been at it for 3 months in a mindset i set for myself and ive put on 15kg in those 3 months and results have definitely shown. I love impersonations and Arnold's vlice is one of my best ones lol. He and david goggins ate the ones i love listening too. Goggins has helped me set the mindset of doing what i have done

I’ve done the original workout awhile back in my 30s it made my upper body massive . Also he used rest pause . I use it now it’s amazing. Not for beginners.

It's hilarious how people use just one or two of these methods and think they're doing everything possible when the old timers did it ALL way back in the day before the internet and social media made everything broken up into tidbits. Edit: steroids allow you to train harder and recover faster. That's how Arnold could keep up such an intense pace day after day.

He doesn't necessarily have a big chest, he's actually quite small in stature which emphasis his chest to look bigger, I will give him credit though on chest genetics and how chielsed his chest is. I do the same cable flies as him and yes, they do work and you don't even need to go heavy i would personally add another set to each exercise and rep it to 12 to really fatigue the chest
