Man you and another fellow KZbinr inspired me to run I genuinely hated running and told myself I wasn’t a runner I love the satisfaction of weight lifting till a fellow peer told me to try sprinting up hill and running downhill and I absolutely love it and you and Kelly Mathew’s have been an inspiration to me❤ form me saying I’m not a runner and will not run that I would stay with weight lifting to sprinting every week once a week I remember getting so excited for this run I did because I got new running shoes which is crazy to think about I feel like a complete runner😂 but I absolutely love my new runners shoes hope you doing well❤

Sprinting is fun. You look good running. I think in your marks position you need to move the front foot back a bit. You’ll get a better push out. I was a sprinter in high school and college but turned into a pole vaulter in college. I love running too! Great video!

It would be so cool to have you and @MollyCarlson did training like a RedBull high diver. Obviously not making you high dive bc wow thats dangerous, but just going through the training part as someone who isn't a diver, and then seeing if you can do any dives from a normal height diving board. Also you're both in Canada!

Love this video. Some notes, instead of lossey goosey think about stretching out your legs rather than powering them. Also long distance runner train with shorter distance intervals normally. Lastly, the amount of time you told us you were “washed up” was hilarious.

I've been enjoying seeing more content/attention paid to the shorter distances!! The Olympics this year was such a great intro for me to some of these other events, as someone who has always been a bit indifferent to running as a sport. I admit, I paid the most attention to all the ladies and they were all SOOooooOO inspiring!!! It would be really cool to see you train for a shorter distance event!! Lots of marathon and half marathon content (amazing!!) but let's give some love to amateurs trying other run events too!

Hey Keltie, I don't know if you've done it, but it would be so cool if you tried hockey. Both Sweden and Canada have great teams, and with the introduction of the PWHL i think your influence would really do it justice once the winter Olympics roll around.
