Maybe consider the break dancers! I know you’re in your “train like this musician” era where there is lots of choreography so maybe combine that with the olympic season!

18:20 The deload weeks leading up to a big race is called a taper, and then the last short run before a big competiton are called a shakeout run. 😁 Just a few terms I wanted to share if you hear it somewhere.

Man you and another fellow KZbinr inspired me to run I genuinely hated running and told myself I wasn’t a runner I love the satisfaction of weight lifting till a fellow peer told me to try sprinting up hill and running downhill and I absolutely love it and you and Kelly Mathew’s have been an inspiration to me❤ form me saying I’m not a runner and will not run that I would stay with weight lifting to sprinting every week once a week I remember getting so excited for this run I did because I got new running shoes which is crazy to think about I feel like a complete runner😂 but I absolutely love my new runners shoes hope you doing well❤

Sprinting is fun. You look good running. I think in your marks position you need to move the front foot back a bit. You’ll get a better push out. I was a sprinter in high school and college but turned into a pole vaulter in college. I love running too! Great video!

It would be so cool to have you and @MollyCarlson did training like a RedBull high diver. Obviously not making you high dive bc wow thats dangerous, but just going through the training part as someone who isn't a diver, and then seeing if you can do any dives from a normal height diving board. Also you're both in Canada!

Love this video. Some notes, instead of lossey goosey think about stretching out your legs rather than powering them. Also long distance runner train with shorter distance intervals normally. Lastly, the amount of time you told us you were “washed up” was hilarious.

I've been enjoying seeing more content/attention paid to the shorter distances!! The Olympics this year was such a great intro for me to some of these other events, as someone who has always been a bit indifferent to running as a sport. I admit, I paid the most attention to all the ladies and they were all SOOooooOO inspiring!!! It would be really cool to see you train for a shorter distance event!! Lots of marathon and half marathon content (amazing!!) but let's give some love to amateurs trying other run events too!

As a Swede, I 100% agree with you! Last summer I was just seconds away from being attacked by a seagull cus momma bird thought I was too close to her kids while I was working (she must have been very proud when she decided to build her nest by the roof edge in an industrial area...)

Hey Keltie, I don't know if you've done it, but it would be so cool if you tried hockey. Both Sweden and Canada have great teams, and with the introduction of the PWHL i think your influence would really do it justice once the winter Olympics roll around. I personally have played for over 25 years and always get excited when I see other women playing because it just wasn't seen when I was a kid. Awesome video again!

You should train like Boyd Martin! He competes in the Equestrian discipline of Eventing. Obviously don't jump the horse but it would be cool to see everything they do to prepare that people don't know about and then go do a riding lesson! 😊

So cool, thanks for sharing this )) Also, about your afternoon run cramps, I also have this. But I noticed that it mostly happens if my lunch was close to my run. So generally, if I have food in my stomach, that's when I get cramps (I usually run fasted in the morning). Maybe try playing with food timing and such. Happy running ^_^

so fun and funny to watch this after running a 14km race today with (literally) 90,000 other people in the City 2 Surf in Sydney - I am definitely going to try loosening up a bit more - but it seriously was so much fun - the whole place was awash with endorphins at a beautiful beach on a beautiful day. There were so many great sports at the Olympics : soccer, beach volleyball, weightlifting, 3x3 basketball and regular basketball. All the athletics. And even archery and shooting. I think I would love to understand better archery and shooting so maybe that's the next sport to try out. And since we still have the Paralympics coming up and this is an Olympic year, I hope you try more challenges

In your starts, try to get your legs at 90 degree angles. Your front foot is too far forward.. Your head will be down for the first three steps in your acceleration phase. Then you can look up and go.

Please train like a dressage rider. It probably will be difficult but definitely an experience and a new challenge. You could train like Jessica von Bredow Werndl the Olympic Gold medalist or like Camille Bergeron the Canadian athlete at the Olympics.

Mother protecting babies is the top priority. Ok, equal to loving our children, but protecting is part of loving. 😂 I know I will do anything to protect my children. I have to say, though, that Canadian geese are just mean for no reason what so ever. 😂 I definitely have so much admiration for people competing at Olympic level as it takes so much time, dedication, and sacrifice to get there.
