Hey Spencer: thank you for your kindness & generosity. Not only did you make the property look better, you also minimized the likelihhood of vermin infestation. Years ago I moved in with my sister in Dallas, TX in a house situated next to an untended corner lot. Before I got there my sister had recurring problems with intruders & ENORMOUS rats getting into the house. The grass & weeds had grown to 5+ feet high, which provided cover for both types of pests. I bought a used lawn mower & started keeping the lot mowed which eliminated the problems. Again, thank you for your loving service. You did MUCH more than just make the property look pretty; you literally made the neighborhood safer.

She is a very hard worker but when I see most of her friends and classmate's doing the same thing they did in high school its kind of hard to look at the whole picture. They are either doing drugs or still riding their bicycles around town. By this time in their life they should have at least 8 years of work or training or going to college. This reminds me of an experience I had in the late 1980’s. We bought a house in a new subdivision and there were a few lots left vacant. Most of the neighbors took decent care of their yards but the sidewalk was ignored and started growing monster weeds. I went around the whole subdivision (60 houses) spraying Roundup on the weeds in the sidewalk, and a couple of days later I went out and pulled or dug them all out. Even the vacant lots looked better! The neighbors all thought I was nuts but eventually I noticed that several sections of sidewalk were now being kept up by someone other than me. So even though some people didn’t like what I was doing, others were inspired by it. That was a big win!

Watching random videos on KZbin and your videos came up. This is my 3rd video and I can't believe the kindness and care. Good content and glad your channel is doing well. 👏

I love those planter boxes on either side of the entrance walk way! I'd love to have those to fill with flowers. I bet in the old days, the homeowner had them filled with red geraniums!

Great job Spencer 👍 glad you just went ahead and mowed this property despite all the road blocks. I know the home owner will appreciate this.

We had a house like this in our neighborhood, in 06 and 07. The guy was a drunk and let it foreclosure. Neighbors all took turns and did same as you are. Thank you Sir, for giving a fig! Job well done! 🧡🌿🌺
