I think this video just proves the fact that strikers score less goals in this years fm. Eroding would average 50 goals a season in any other fm playing in the lower leagues.

Muscle density drops when you get older, this is why you lose acceleration. You get a lot weaker. And moving your body is key for dribbling. It's not just about changing the direction of the ball, but you have to be able to reverse your whole momentum as quickly as possible.

Love the video. I know this isn't a limitation of FM because the scenario is so unrealistic, but the fact that these players don't get their teams promoted on their own is silly. Having seen middling ex-pros rock up at non-league clubs and batter them, the world's best players would annihilate these leagues. Even Haaland's first season scoring record in this video is extremely conservative for what he'd likely get.
