Como peruano, no me gusta el cuy (Guinea pig) es un plato netamente andino, consumido por los incas y bueno, en la actualidad es más que nada consumido por pobladores de la sierra del Perú. Pero si, no me gusta ese plato, no es algo representativo para mi. Los demas platos, si te confirmo que son deliciosos
