Rose, what a delicious dish to share with the girls. Whenever you can find a whole fish with lots of meat and only a few bones, is great! Adding the fish with the vegetables and all of the spices! WOW! Right up my alley! I, especially love tofu skin! Thank you for sharing yet another amazing recipe with us.
