Morgan- the fact that this took you longer than a month is amazing. You were probably embarrassed but it is so much more relatable for those of us who can't go to a class every day. It's cool to see if you can't do that but you still don't give up you will get results! Proud of you for not giving in- thank you!!

I’m doing kickboxing right now ! It is such a challenge and I had no idea what I was signing myself up for. At first I thought it was just punching a bag - boy was I wrong. It is such a great workout and just like you, every time I am done with the class I feel so fulfilled! It is an amazing experience, highly recommend.

Okay I loved this so much. I teared up at the part where you talked about your mental health during your sophomore year of college. Last year I was also a sophomore and it was the worst year of my life, but this summer was one of the best times of my life and I'm now in my junior year and SO happy with where my life is now. I feel like all college students struggle with their mental health these days, including myself. College is stereotypically suppose to be fun, but the reality of it is trying to figure out what you want to do with your life and not feeling adequate enough. It’s a constant comparison between you and your peers, especially those who may seem to “have it all together.” I still struggle with anxiety and depression, and I’m graduating next semester.

Kaylee Ellis “these days” is untrue. I graduated college in 1995 and girrrrl there was lots of depression going on then too. Nervous to leave school was overwhelming-like how did I get here so fast?? Didn’t I just start college? College is safe - I want to stay lol.

This was literally one of the best YT videos I’ve ever seen! Great editing, so real and honest, not trying to push to be perfect or anything just wanting to prove that we are capable of more than we think. Got diagnosed of depression last week. Been trying my best to incorporate my fitness schedule. I love boxing the most. Cuz every time I punch the sandbag. I enjoy I’m punching all my anxieties and pain away. The release is incredible. I still feel very down very often. But at least those few moments of my day, I got something else to distract me.

This video was so inspiring! The fact that you kept up with your challenge even after travel breaks in amazing because you could've just quit then. This was a very real life challenge, sometimes things don't always go to plan but it's how you push through that, it shows so much about you! One of the reasons I love your channel is you're so real, open, and genuine. A lot of people are losing that in our generation and for the sake of fitting in. This video was just so open, I always forget everyone is going through things even if you can't see it, so you sharing about your mental heath during sophomore year was so great and I'm so glad you can look back now and celebrate pushing through that hard time and reaching this point of your life, I'm so glad you did because you're truly such a huge inspiration for me and I hope you know you do touch lives through your channels.

This video was so inspiring. I'm a college student right now and this year has been the most mentally and physically draining for me. I completely related to what you said you were experiencing during your sophomore year of college. That's the headspace that I'm in right now. I keep saying I want to get into working out and that I want to learn a foreign language, but my ADHD, depression, anxiety, and severe OCD keep me from being in the right headspace to stay motivated. I like the goal of doing something every day for 30 days to get yourself into the habit. I'm gonna try this! Your confidence and your little speech at the end of the video helped inspire me. I love you so much!

I'm so glad i came across in this video. i've always planned to try boxing because i feel like i am too weak since i am too thin and underweight. and i guess this is my calling. i'm also glad to know that boxing is more of a mental thing because i've been having issues with my self-confidence and all. i will save up for a boxing class this month and next month then i'll be starting next year hopefully!

I think this is much more realistic than something taking only a month. The bigger question is will you keep this up in a year? Two? I feel like you have a better chance at keeping it up because you did it over several months rather than just 30 days in a row, because by having breaks you've had chance to miss it and restart.
