Honestly I’m not sure who was saying not to crouch run but I think you 100% should. It’s not “cheating” in any way. It’s just a tech for making gameplay much more smooth and fast. Plus if you mess it up it can get you killed so it’s a double edged sword. Regardless love the videos!

@@kindertak5396 just because it’s unintentional, does not mean it’s considered cheating. Cheating is gaining an unfair advantage over others. There is nobody else and there is no advantage. It’s just to move faster rather than go slow which is boring. The reason they’re considered techs at least in games like lethal company is because they’re fun for improving the games progression. It’s like finding a way to bunny hop in a game. Is it considered cheating? No it’s considered a fun tech people use to make the movement more smooth. I’m not speaking on fighting games bc that’s a different story. That’s player v player and has strict rules. This is lethal company a 4 player coop with no rules and freedom. Just like keep inventory, it’s not cheating or even playing creative. It’s just how people want to play. It’s cheating if it’s to gain an advantage on other players. I get what you mean by cheating but this doesn’t apply in this game. It does in other like if it was a battle royal but not this type of game.

Assurance. My favorite map when it’s not eclipsed. It’s an easy map with the same amount of loot as an intermediate map. How could I not like it?

Btw, there is a way to make back from fire exit almost without any danger at all landing on a ship. Basically you follow the pipe until on the left hand you find a hill to jump onto (It is basically on the same level as the pipe). Then jump on a higher part of the hill followed by a jump on a fuel truck thingy. Going over it you go straight across the valley (it's the valley what leads to the fastest way to main entrance) and past the drop pod point up the hill. Jumping from that hill it is possible to land on a ship. Missing the jump or being too heavy will lead to some damage taken though. Haven't tested the limit of that jump fully yet but last mentioned valley is super close to the ship already. So taking a walk straight form there is also good option avoiding most outdoor enemies already at this point. Just thought it might be helpful. Thanks for the content and keep going!

Do the turrets and mines take up of indoors max power. Good thing about the easiee maps, if there is a bracken, you can more relaxed as, if you only need to look behind, it will much better than fighting a thumper unless you're experienced in Thumper. Once you know what is inside, you can guess with max power what is inside Dropping items on top of the pipe, the black railings of the pipe, makes it easier, saves plenty of time

It’d be a tad RNG heavy… not saying that the other iron man runs he did weren’t also really RNG, but that feels like it would be the thing to end someone’s run by teleporting them behind a locked door.

One thing I found on assurance that I wanted to share, when coming out of the fire exit, if you get back onto the pipe, you can run along the left wall to stay high up longer and avoid anything that's on the low ground for a bit. (edited to fix a spelling error)

Baboon hawks attack pretty randomly, generally when being looked at for too long, but all you have to do is run away from them for a little under 10 seconds and they'll give up for a bit.

I don't know if I particularly mind the crouch running, the tradeoff is that your finger gets tired spamming crouch and it kinda brings motion-sickness LOL. It mostly seems helpful when you have dog/worm combos; it could always be patched out too if it trivializes dog encounters too much I guess I don't mind because I play a lot of Overwatch, and crouch spamming while walking as Tracer is a known tech that pro players use to move silently as well

To do the assurance jump, you can do the wurps bee strat jump (qhere you turn to the left and jump onto the protruding part of the ship then onto the roof), then fall off onto the back railing and hit the jump. You dont take any fall damage. Also, your videos are absolutely incredible. Keep it up.

When i was playing lethal company in school (pirated) i couldn't play with sound because the teacher didn't like the sound from the games. I was playing the moon assurance and trying to get the beehive, saw the worm particles (i couldn't hear the worm) and ran. I turned around and saw TWO WORMS in the sky. Two of my classmates were watching me play and one of them said "what was that in the sky?" (It's the first time they hear about lethal company) I'm like "I DON'T KNOW HOW I'M ALIVE". It was like 7pm in game so i just ran and started the ship. This was my second time playing lethal company so i was bad at the game. Also 500 subs away from 10k

Crouch running is a mechanic in the game, if you think it's fair you should use it. Just like cheesing the thumper, it got patched because it wasn't intended.

to make the jump at the start a bit more guaranteed you have to press the open door button once you hear the little jingle of the door opening this will give you a bit more time to land into the rock as the door will open slightly faster

Also, joining public lobbies, I just get kicked on sight, or there are way too many lobbies of literal children playing, "interviewer," and if you say something they don't like (which is essentially just a gamble at that point), you're kicked from the lobby. It's just an endless cycle of being kicked, or people leaving my hosted lobby. Yeah, it's a good way to make friends, but it's also a good way to waste 4 hours of your life simply trying to find a lobby.

Maybe not in item count but from what I understand, its loot pool (in terms of like value and size, Wurps did a video showing the distributions it's pretty nifty) is considerably better than the other free moons, not all that much big stuff to lug around in comparison to them I'd say it's also the safest moon in the free set, there's still a chance the more attention-dominating monsters (thumper, bracken) can show up but the Miraheze page says they have just a slightly lower chance of showing up than they do on Experimentation

Try and close the door behind you if you are in w enclosed space and a bracken is in the facility you will know immediately when it comes because of the door opening

-there is a bug only in singleplayer that is known- -since v40, if not at least v45, that if- a snare flea -catches you, just stand still and the snare- -flea- will drop before you die. -I have no idea what causes this, but- it's a lifesaver on solo runs. -As mentioned, don't do it- on multiplayer, it will kill you anyways. edit: Corrected as the comment bellow explains.

Yeah I wasn't one of the comments about it but crouch-running left a sour taste in my mouth when I saw it because it kinda just invalidated dogs and the hard situations they could force you into when combined with worms. Overall, I think movement exploits can kinda just remove an aspect of the game.
