Imagine doing this without a cat suit, I attempted this game without a single cat suit and you have to do some particularly interesting moves to get a bunch of them, especially when going for all 100 shines

@@benthecat4345 No, I forbid myself the Cat Suit and Tanooki Suit but allowed Propeller Boxes. With them, I climbed Mount Magmeow to get the Cat Shine on that floating island you are supposed to climb onto with cat claws. Using Propeller Boxes, I got a lot of speed and height from the flags that appear on the island towers after completing that island - that way, I reached some stuff in, for exampe, Clawswipe Colosseum.

I tried the same green challenge on Mario Odyssey and it might not look possible but I tried a little bit and I'm pretty sure it's possible, even if it might be like 10 times harder than this challenge. Try this out ! Edit : Ok so this comment seem to have quite some likes so If you are actually doing this challenge, here are just a few rules : (so yeah, the rules aren't that simple :( ) -If you spawn on green, it doesn't count, you can do one jump to get out. If you decide that it still counts, you can but it makes the challenge impossible -I don't consider capturing a green enemy as touching green because I guess Mario becomes what he captures so we possibly can say that he isn't touching himself. But if you want you can try to avoid captures and do a no cap run yet that involves CRCs so... -If you really wanna make this easy you can say that pipes doesn't count but I don't think there are required pipes so yeah. You're not obliged to follow these rules but they can make this challenge less hard and funnier. P.S. I really love your videos and if you do this challenge it's a great happiness for me :)

It's not possible to beat SMO without touching green, as the moment you spawn into cascade kingdom you touch green grass. This is also the case with a few other mandatory cutscenes. To manys surprise though, Cap Kingdom is possible to beat without Mario or Cappy touching green, even topper.

@@Zack207 Yeah, you're right, you spawn on grass sometimes but when I tried beating Mario odyssey without touching green, I made a rule which says that If I spawn on grass I can jump one time to get out of the green. But thank you for reminding me ! I'll edit my comment and add a few things.

@@RemiRionnet captures should count, but it's possible to not capture anything. Mario and Cappy both shouldn't be able to touch green. Frogless is pretty easy, and after that it's not too hard.

Ok, so try noy to touch yellow. With exceptions for the Giga Cat Bell, as you need them to beat the game. And also, you can use ? Blocks, because then the game would be way too hard without power-ups. You can't use Cat Bells, though. Or touch the yellow bit on Fire Flowers. Basically, the only power-up exempt from the yellow touching is Giga Bell.
