In northern Sweden/Norway/Finland and maybe Russia (Sapmi) they have "kaffeost" (coffee cheese). It's cheese you put into your coffee. I don't drink coffee, but I love kaffeost! You need to check it out..

Yum I love cheese tea, there's a place by my work that has it (both green and black tea) as well as poke bowls and it just hits the dang spot. Honestly surprised we already got it here, I'm in a medium city in Canada and the trends seem to usually take a little while to get here haha. As for the cheese aspect I think they use cream cheese? Like it's basically foamy cream cheese on top.
