BTW its not your bone "cracking" when he does all that. It's actually gas releasing from your joint and when he does what he does, he's allowing proper fluid flowing aligning your body because certain areas like your hips can be out place you are walking not normally or if you slept funny, and your neck hurt. In Canada, we call them chiropractor and our health benefits cover those services as it consider a medical treatment. I'm actually getting what he does in the video as a biweekly treatment. Keep in mind, chiropractor cannot make you taller like giving you more inches. They recover your inches that you temporarily lost due to vigor activity that compresses your spinal plates. I'm 5'9( 5'9 1/2) with bad posture, but if I straightened my neck, spine, and unblock my tali bone( anterior pelvic tilt) I can regain my lost inches and become 5'10 again. You will automatically know that you lost a couple of inches in which you body will gives you signs of stiffness or shock from the spine, neck, and pelvis when you move a certain way or carry certain heavy objects. Also your neck will physically appear shorter and your torso will point foward rather than standing tall or point upward.

I never knew it was because of this "cracking of bones" I tot I miraculously grew within a month😂 That said, I think the height wasn't measured accurately at the start, I think her height was around 167 or 168cm and after the "zhen gu" she grew maybe 1 cm. So guys, don't pin too much hope on zhen gu to make u taller 🤣🤣🤣

@rachelcookie3212 жыл бұрын
Her height was definitely more than 166cm. Maybe about 168cm as you said. I imagine they say a couple cm under the actual height so then they can give a shocking number afterwards and when the person measure themselves at home later they will see the same height as was said. If I did this I would make sure to accurately measure myself at home first so the person cannot give me a false number. I believe my height is 165cm but I would remeasure before doing it to be 100% sure.
