“American Girlfriend”, but there is a catch, she lived in Japan for years with Joey EDIT: yo y’all chill out, I wrote this comment cuz I remember Conner’s catchphrase for one of TT’s sponsors “but there is a catch”, so I just wrote this comment to point out “American Girlfriend” in the title cuz people who don’t know Aki might think she is a that type of American who doesn’t have any experience with Japanese cultures. As the first replier said, “kinda baity” so people might felt got clickbaited so I just made a jokey comment which wasn’t MEANT to be SERIOUS! I understand and accept Joey’s style titles. I can honestly say that I'm jealous at the array of snacks and sweets you can get in Japan. We've got quite a variety in the UK, but I don't think they're up to the standard you can buy over there. I buy Bokksu boxes, which is probably a very over-priced way of getting hold of Japanese snacks outside of Japan and I love the array I get in them. I've also bought other J-snack boxes from companies on Amazon and those are brilliant. Those in particular usually have a lot of the corn stick snacks you had on early on in this video and I could easily sit and eat them all day long. I can get Ramun pop as well at one of our supermarkets (Sainsbury's, if other people in the UK wondered). I would be a very happy person if I had an endless supply of the corn sticks and the blue Ramun pop. If we had the equivalent to this haul here in the UK, it would have probably cost going on for £30.00 (which at current conversion is around 6081.44 Yen) or maybe even more. And as for all the sour sweets, I would have been made up with all of them because I've got a huge amount of love for sour things (my Mum used to tell me how when she was pregnant with me she continually craved sherbet lemons - I think you'd both love these if you can get hold of them. They're usually sold by the quarter-pound in sweet shops over here, when you can find them - and when I was born, I continually stuck out the tip of my tongue and touched it to my lips. Mum's doctor advised that she rub a sherbet lemon onto my lips. She did and it stopped my habit, plus I grew up loving both sherbet lemons *and* strawberries! I'm an absolute nut for sour sweets and sherbet dips, etc., another S tier favourite being Flying Saucers, a rice paper UFO shape with sherbet inside)
