I work in nursing and whenever I could switch my night shift with the staff that fasted for Ramadan. So much respect I gained working 12 hour shifts with some co workers fasting and we switch breaks with them so they can go pray when they need to! So beautiful! Such will power. 🙌🏻

No offence, I’m not religious and I don’t favour any religion over another, as they’re equally stupid and completely without logic for me, but I want to ask something. If more people should experience other religions then did you actually try to experience Christianity, Judaism or Buddhism by yourself? Did you celebrate Easter or Hanukkah ? I started fasting when I was about 7, and I'm now 15. It doesn't even affect me anymore. Once you're in a cycle, I don't feel thirsty unless I play football 30 mins before sunset

Nobody will force you to fast! fasting is not pain! If you are sick, elderly, pregnant, working dangerously, breastfeeding, if you are sick (if you are diabetic), you may not fast. God does not impose on anyone the burden that he/she cannot bear.

I'm an Indian muslim but I live in Germany now because of higher studies and here I miss Ramadan so much I mean the vibes of Ramadan with family and your hometown especially in Muslim area is unreal it makes fasting so easy and whole month becomes joyful. Ramadan teaches us to value food, time and every single drop of water.
