Doesn’t seem to matter which strand of interstate spaghetti you take through St Louis, it’s always a challenge. We once drove through the city after dark......that just added to the fun! We’re normally in a small RV; so, honestly, staying in the same lane is often a simple matter of survival. 😊 Once again, a well done video!

Those 18 wheelers on the fast lane had me 😲. Great video.

I know, right! You can't tell in the video, but at one point he was going 37mph! I think he wanted me to go around but he didn't know I was doing the Stay in Your Lane Challenge! Lol!

I found this to be very relaxing, can’t believe I watched this twice. Now I’m feeling like I’m gonna do this challenge myself 👍🏽

See, you get it! My sister said nobody wants to watch me drive down the highway for 10 strait minutes. I said I would, it's relaxing. Then she called me a nerd! Lol!

So I see you are back on the road again. The van looks really sleek. That dry humor came out again at the end with the "how I do my cooking when on the road." You remind me so much of my childhood best friend. Even look a lot like him. Well, safe journey, stay safe, watch the cholesterol in that lunch, and if you are near Las Vegas NV, let me know.

Thanks, r g! Technically, I'm not on the road at the moment. I'm trying to stay home for a few weeks to see if this covid thing blows over a little. I'm just using up some footage I stored up for the winter. But I definitely plan to hit up Vegas in the spring. I have some friends there. I'll let you know.

This was very interesting because lanes were eliminated and added that caused you to not be in the far right at all times. And it seemed you got on and off so many exits but you clearly stayed in one lane the whole trip!! 😎👍🏼

Yeah, this type of challenge takes a few tries to get right. I've done it in Chicago as well.

Man, that is a sweet ride! I have an 18 Caravan GT...Im eyeballing the Pacifica next! Your ride is cool! 😎 Great vid on 1 lane travel! I hope the lane hoppers see this and get your point :)

Holy cow those highways interchanges are CRAZY! You are addicted with Monster drink, aren't you Curtis!😂😂😂 I don't like driving behind 18 wheeler! Those things can throw craps at your vehicle at any time.😮 I have been up on top of that arch! 😂😂😂 Great cooking in the van!!!!
@VantasticPacifica4 жыл бұрын
No, I wouldn't say I'm addicted to Monster. I just have to have it all the time or else I get irritable and itchy. I can quit anytime I want. You're not the boss of me!

Hey there, it's been too long since I've had time to watch videos. I'm hoping when you have time for an update on your average fuel mileage, your opinions on the pros and cons (if any) on the Pacifica, and lastly but very importantly, an update on your mods like the very cool window treatments you made as well as any other nice little upgrades you invented. Thank you

I like this! Tough challenge (sorta), ;) Yea, it's really hard poking along behind slow drivers, sometimes. I loved the music choice, it fit well! What's that mapper you were using?
@VantasticPacifica4 жыл бұрын
Lol! I wish I had some kinda map app for this. But alas, I had to make this myself. I used a screenshot of STL in google maps, then used my editing software to draw and animate the line. The hard part was matching the timing with the video.

Yup. I've traveled it a few times from MI to Tulsa starting 1975. Almost caused major crash in 75 or 76 when returning to MI while trying to take a quick pic of the arch then looking back to my lane to find traffic @ a stand still. Came within inches of rearending. If I had looked at the arch a second or 2 longer...ouch.

@@boscome Something like that has probably happened to all of us at some point. That's why I don't have road rage. I can't be mad at someone for doing something I've probably done before.

Hey Charles! KZbin has a free library full of music and sound effects. There are also websites offering free music if you give them credit in your video description.

This is crazy. I can tell you this tho. If you get on the 10 West St the Pacific ocean in Santa Monica in the middle leave and drive so the way east it will take you to Florida. 🤣🤣🤣 Fact check me. Anyone. I dare everyone to fact check me.

I suppose it's possible but I-10 goes through a lot of major cities. That would be a pretty big challenge to take on. Maybe I'll try that one someday.
