I have a running commentary in my head who sounds like you. It's that which made me realize how much anxiety I live with these days. I thought I was a calm person until last year when my husband of 11 years died (not of covid), and so did my dad (heart issues). Now I have anxiety in their place. But combined with anxiety is a curious mind that can't help but see what it sees with a sense of humor. Love your work. Once I stayed at a capsule hotel in Singapore too for a month and seriously loved every second of my isolated time in a small ass cube. Probably because I’m introverted but once I had no plans so I basically played tekken, got food from 7/11 next door and didn’t leave my room for 3 days. basically would do it all over again lol
