We ate there just after they re-opened and after they got the 2 stars back; it just kept getting better and better on the food front. The front of house staff are so friendly and engaging. Brett is a fantastic host and chef. If it’s possible for a 3 star restaurant to have the feel of a local restaurant that treats all its guests as if they were family then this is the place.

I think you will never see my comment but I want to recommend you three restaurants that I think you would like to try : The first one is “pic” in valence, France. The chef, Anne Sophie Pic is the most starred woman chef in the world and the food at her three star restaurant is just one of the bests in the world in my opinion it is very delicate and just amazing. The second one is called “Bras at le Suquet” in a city called laguiole in the aubrac region of France. This restaurant highlights the region and the traditions around and the food by the chef mr Bras is mind blowing ( by the way he is the chef that invented the chocolat fondant or lava cake ) he had 3 michelin stars and didn’t loose them, he decided to retire them because of the pression but he totally deserves them because it is better than many three stars restaurant. The last one you should try is a bit controversial, some say it is the best and some say it doesn’t deserve the three Michelin stars I think you have already heard of it before it is called “ el Celler de can Roca “ in Spain. By the way the video was amazing and I highly recommend you the first restaurant i talked about “maison pic “ in Valence France

What's your opinion of add-on supplements at 3 star michelin restaurants? I feel like they sort of cheapen the experience. If you're going charge ~$300+ just include the ingredients you think make a balanced and flowing meal. If you want to include A5, white truffles, etc., just increase the cost of the meal . . . .
