Do you meditate? If so, what’s your favorite type?

I appreciated your honest experiment as always, Relly. I grew up with a Catholic meditation, the Rosary, which uses kind of the mantra piece but while we say the mantra, we meditate on a story in the life of Christ and/or his Mother. The Rosary is called the Gospel prayer. I didn't used to understand its value as a kid, but within the last couple years I pray it almost every day and it does make a big difference in my outlook and my mental health. One time a kid from my church even did a science experiment on how praying the Rosary effected our heart rate.

I used to do guided meditation in quarantine and it really helped me to reduce my anxiety. I think I'm going to go back to it after watching this video. Great vid btw!

Loved this vid! It def depends on the person for sure but 10 mins is a bit much for me. I do deep breathing using the FinchCare app, usually 1 min but sometimes 5 mins. The best thing is the technique that you enjoy and will stick with!
