Netflix's Physical 100 is back with season 2; if you haven't watched it already, I highly recommend it.
It is a Korean reality fitness show where contestants go through a round of different fitness tests and missions to find out the ultimate "physique"
Anyway I was watching episode 1 of series 2 and couldn't help but give the test a go.
It is safe to say it is much harder than I expected.
I also felt like I shouldn't be sharing this as I don't do this test at any particularly amazing standard
But I just want to share what I love doing and hope to encourage you that you don't have to wait for the perfect time, or till when you are better to do the things you want to do.
Just go for it!
