Having a purple heart tag/license plate does not mean he is a disabled veteran......it means he was wounded in combat...if he were disabled, it would more than likely have the guy in the wheelchair that looks like he's in a race or would have dv somewhere on the plate at the beginning or the end....but, im not from michigan......
