I think this mug cozy would be ideal for your on the go coffee, such as picking up a Starbucks as those cups get hot despite the cardboard sleeves they give you. I have a quilted one my friend made me and keep it in my purse. This would be a great gift idea!

Yes, a to-go coffee cup sleeve.

I was thinking that too.

Glad for this honest review, seems these kits are popping up everywhere. The fact that the needles don't fit into the buttons 🙈

Thanks for making this detailed preview! At first I was wondering if maybe "unshrinkable" is a translation issue, but the more I watched the more I'm wondering if this box and/or the patterns are generated or influenced by A.I. at all. Some of it just seems a little uncanny valley, knitting edition!

I had a beautiful shawlette in merino that ended up hankie sized after gentle wash!

You can always unply your yarn and use it to sew on buttons.

Thanks for the honest review! I appreciate that you actually worked a project and used the tools so you could really get the full experience. I also like that you were positive where you could be but pointed out drawbacks too. It was great!

I think you did a good job with your review. Just observing the product, the tools look shoddy. They cut corners by not having the chart included. I would suggest if someone who wants to learn to knit, they should contact their local LYS or community center. The cost of $33 is too much.

Pretty yarn, pretty stitch pattern. Why need a “mug” cozy when mugs are held by the handle? I don’t get it. As another commenter stated, it might be okay for a coffee shop takeout hot beverage.

Good job , you are getting it !!!

I stopped my subscription after 3mo due to the lack of printed pattern. I couldn't handle not only the errors in the pattern, but that is was written in narrative paragraphs. That does absolutely nothing for anyone with some experience or to help new knitters learn to read patterns. The yarn itself was decent, the tools are really low quality, the value for the cost wasn't there.

Well your cozy is super cute but this box doesn’t really seem very well thought out. Tiny circulars, giant cable needle, no thread or sewing needles or stitch markers. Seems weird

Thank you so much for your feedback! 😊 We’re glad you liked the cozy! Just to clarify, all the items you mentioned are included in different boxes. Each box is designed with a fun surprise element, so the contents will vary each month. If you ever have any questions about the items or themes, feel free to reach out! 💖

@@HNCustomerSupport dude you totally didn’t even understand my comment. The fact that the needles were tiny and the cable needle was giant was a problem. There was no thread to see on the buttons, and the darning needles included were too big to fit through the holes of the buttons.

@@EvanKnitsThings Hi Evan, thanks for clarifying! I see what you mean now, and I apologize for the confusion. We really appreciate your detailed feedback about the sizing and the tools in the box. I’ll definitely pass this along to our team for consideration in future kits. If there’s anything we can do to make this right for you, feel free to reach out to us directly-we’d love to help. 😊

perhaps by "Mug" they meant ceramic travel cup that looks like the to-go coffee cups you get from Starbucks?

You could do a yarn / elastic loop to be able to open and close it with ease.

The ‘mustard yellow’ must be a complete mis print 🤣 I will be interested to see what you can use 1 dpn for 😆 but great that you get different skill level projects.
@marsy1480Ай бұрын
Using that long dpn looked so cumbersome! They should have just put a cable needle in imo 😆
