What would you say are the must try items? I will stopping on a Thursday on my way down to SC. I have eaten at all the top spots in Austin.

Brisket, Ribs (they changed them from when we went, they are smoked and then finished over live coals sounds amazing), the pulled pork, Turkey BLT (made with their insane turkey and their smoked pork belly thats charred on the flat top insane) . For sides, beans, Brussel Sprouts were insane, and Mac and Cheese were our favorites.
