The OG Revlon caused quite a bit of breakage on my hair after only using a few times (possibly bc I needed to use smaller sections). However, I recently bought the Remington oval brush and the bristles are spaced further apart so it glides easier through my hair and doesn't seem to cause damage, plus the brush is also detachable.
@AudreyVictoria2 жыл бұрын
cool! I need to check that one out! and yeah I know what you mean about the OG brush, it has been known to cause heat damage ☹️ but i find that i don't get as much damage if i let my hair air dry 80% before using the brush
@alexdalton453511 ай бұрын
Did you use heat protectant? And did you use it on 80% dry hair?
@Hellkittenn2 жыл бұрын
Honestly though, I don't mind that it isn't detachable on the OG Revlon. I paid $22 for mine on Amazon, I clean my hair out of it about every other blowdry and don't use the high setting. The bristles are still in great condition. So even if it did get damaged, it's probably cheaper to replace than the new one, even if just for a new head.
@alexdalton453511 ай бұрын
Careful I got one from amazon too and I’m pretty sure Amazon versions are knockoffs. It started sparking and almost caught fire when I was using it, I had to throw it away.
@sianjulia25112 жыл бұрын
One of my friend went to target to buy the revlon one step Voloumiser plus at the store it was $69.99 but on Amazon it was just $30 something so she asked why is there a huge difference then they said if Amazon can give it to you in that price range we can also do it. Thought this might be helpful for someone idk if this is true but it probably is. So come thank me if this works also if it's doesn't do let me know😁
@tduck8282 жыл бұрын
The plus is $68 on amazon. The original is about $35.

I recently bought the Remington Wet 2 Style dryer brush on sale on Target site for $27.99. It's normally $39.99 which is still cheaper than Revlon but I'd keep an eye out for it to go on sale again. I have the original Revlon One Step and it's the same size except with a detachable brush. Hope this helps.
