I must say…I was positively overwhelmed by your presentation of yourself…! I had been overweight most of my life. There was a five year period where I was super lean and fit (we are talking iron man fit…), but then came life and kicked me in the butt several times and now I am back to fat again.. And I can barely look into the mirror and constantly say horrible things about myself. And the way you described your body was sooo funny and refreshing and all the time I thought „she is really awesome!“ and then I thought „why can’t I think about myself in this way?“ Anyway…I think you are a great inspiration and you made me smile a lot!

For anyone not wanting to spend money. Look up some deep core exercises. Research how to engage your deepest core muscle. (Tuck your tailbone) And do those exercises. It’s not inches off!!! But your belly will be less saggy and more perky. Don’t know how to explain. I’m overweight, but every time I do those exercises. I see and feel a difference. Also great great exercise for overall health

It certainly wouldn't hurt. There's tons of different ways to engage your core, I think the secret is finding the way that you enjoy so you can stick with it

That stir fry portion is a little small but not by much. I would put it on top of rice or cauliflower rice to make it a good portion.

Good idea! Cauliflower rice is a life saver. It's crazy how different at home portions are from what they serve in restaurants. It definitely takes some getting used to.

I have one of these and I find that my lower back hurts a lot after my workout. Does anyone else experience this?

If it is specifically with core ab workout where you lean back(like the one I'm doing in the thumbnail), it might be your form. If you are arching your back instead of hinging back at the hips, it can aggravate it. I'd recommend trying to tuck your pelvis in a little before doing the motion. It's kind of hard to explain, but kind of like trying to use those lower abs to push your belly button down/back toward your spine(you can also think of it as if you had a tail and were trying to angle your hips to where you tucked the tail back between your legs. Description sounds strange but makes sense to some lol) . You can also try starting with a smaller range of motion. Instead of trying to push it all the way down, go halfway each time and stick with that until you can build up that strength some more where you back won't be hurting. Hope that helps!
