I honestly love Maddison. You can definitely do this kind of look with grease paint. Water or alcohol activated paint last longer, and is more popular with body paint artists, but if you were at a Halloween store any water activated paint they had would be pretty poor quality and not worth the fuss! Also, for anyone scrolling comments thinking about re creating this, theatrical makeup generally applies better with foam sponges than brushes! Even the no brand low pigment clown cake type stuff looks much better with a foam sponge.
