I commend any for trying but the only guy who seemed have some decent technical standards was the bodybuilder. The reps need to cover a set range to count so there is uniformity. I know that the maker of the video uses good bench press technique so why short range the bottom every rep, and only lock on the reps where you needed to rest. I think he can do it but it must be trained for over several months. Pull ups must be from fully straight arms to chin clearing or at least touching the bar. The push ups Must be clean all the way up and all the way down . Otherwise one guy does it while performing significantly more work and another guy does it in 6 min because of no judging criteria. Silly challenge despite it being impressive. A guy who can pause bench double body weight or better and then to 10 push-ups with an additional 60-70% of his body weight added and complete 10 pull ups with 1/3 of his body weight added is a simple test of strength including endurance because any guy who can do either can do a lot of push ups and pull ups. However, 50 pull-ups and 100 Push ups for time always leads to shitty form unless you can do at least 35 dead hand pull ups in a row and rattle off multiple sets of perfect push ups for at least 25 reps per set with 10-20 seconds rest. Navy Seals and gymnasts and NCAA wrestlers under 180 pounds would destroy this test with perfect form . Perfect form for most people makes the test almost impossible for non Calisthenic athletes who are called athletes but a strong as shit gym lifter Who would be elite in a strength sport is not an athlete until he competes. What’s more impressive a 200 pound man with a 450 plus raw paused bench who can do 10 pull ups with 100 (50% of his body weight in additional pounds) or a guy who can only complete this test depending on inconsistent rep standards (which were atrocious in this test). Of course it’s the first guy by a huge margin. Who’s going to do more push ups. A 180 pound guy who benched 315 touch and go or a 180 pound guy who pauses 405. I think the answer in most cases is obvious. These tests can be trained for in a few months for a guy who can currently do 20 good pull ups and 50 good push ups in a row. However, 10 pull ups with 50% of your weight added or a double bw plus bench press cannot be trained for in 3 months unless you are already within 1-2% of that goal. Plus the strength tests are simple to judge. If this test had meticulous standards the long haired guy who completed 0 good reps and well I will leave it at that
