I Tried to Lose Weight for a Month and Failed

I am not losing weight, but still have significant improvements with pain levels. They have all but vanished. My blood sugar seemed a bit high today, not sure why. I will keep pushing forward!

Same with me i went up 6 lbs in the last 3 months after losing 30 lbs. Not sure why my weight is going up. But im staying with this. No carbs

It sure is frustrating! I have learned not to give too much credence to the scale. We have to keep in mind that we need to get healthy to lose weight. Not lose weight to get healthy. 💕
