I Tried Turning Austria Into A POWERHOUSE

Today on Hearts of Iron 4 we're back on the Age of Imperialism mod and I'll try out Austria and see just how we get on!
Age of Imperialism is a mod for Hearts of Iron IV, whose action is happening in a world where the First World War did not take place. Instead, there was a series of local wars, which influenced the global geopolitical scene by establishing the position of Great Britain, Germany and Russia as the dominant imperialist of the world, forced the United States to resign from isolationism, led to the weakness and chaos in France and Austria, and contributed to strengthening the influence of the Kingdom of Italy or the creation of the Balkan Federation.

like the attention to detail in this mod... for example Hitler has a long mustache because in this timeline there was no World War I and Hitler shortened his mustache just to better wear the gas mask during the conflict

Wrong, he shortened his mustache post war, once he became a member and leader of the DAP, to give himself a more "unique" look... and the so called "toothbrush mustache" wasn't just him either, it was a bit of a fad back then.

IN all the pictures that exist of him in WW1 (including the one from just before the end of the war, when he was in hospital after being gassed), he has the long moustache. Wikipedia has always been a shit place to look for facts... not sure about these days, but when I was in university (early/mid 00s) you could NOT cite wikipedia as a source, and that was true for most universities across the Western World... Some articles are good, but especially historical and political (or related) articles are heavily biased towards the left's point of view, and most of the moderation team is left wingers.... you should see some of the discussion pages, where sources by MAINSTREAM historians and such are discounted, because they don't fit their point of view. WHereas some articles ie regarding the Communist Party's militia in Weimar Germany (their violence lead to the athmosphere of political killings and fighting, LONG before there even was a NSDAP; and it directly led to the establishment of the SA "brown shirts") uses "sources" such as a Communist archive (openly labeled so).

Life is like a box of chocolate, the first one who grabs the , eats the majority, those that are up in arms ban him from chocolate, he does share with a russian at first, but little did he know, it was coconut, Russia don't like coconut, and then there's this one guy called America he doesn't like chocolate, well, he didn't at first , until a Japanese person force fed him orange chocolates, now he is addicted, and also bought 2 BIG BARS , stale, and taste awful, as a present for Japan. All the while , Germany gets to fat, gets obesity he ends up fasting, cuz he runs out of money, causing Germany to die before being able to eat that sweet sweet Lebensraum.

I absolutely love the idea behind this mod but there are plenty of really stupid decisions by creators there. For example all those radars you could see at the end, when I played as Germany there was literally a focus where it plants a radar in EVERY single state, same with anti-air. Or the idea that UK declared war on me and like what is supposed to happen then? Idea behind the mod is awesome but nations are too much divided, there is no logical explanations to all those alliances, why are Chinese nations included in those? Or South America? This mod should be made more like Kaiserreich or something like that, just follow the logic and common sense/historical facts, like it is now is completely unrealistic, just stupid and I hope they make some changes to the story and mechanics of playing.
