i know air > armor but it is pretty frustrating playing even germany/ussr/usa and knowing the right thing to do is more or less never build tanks because the industry & research is better spent on fighters

One of the first things I noticed in the division template was that they were 40 width Probably the new player hasn't seen much tutorials on widths, but 40 is not as good is it used to be

Just for the record, 39 civilian factories is fewer factories than the Soviet Union starts with (45) and just barely more than France starts with (35). Germany itself starts with 32 civilian factories. You *don't* want to be going into 1942 with just 39 civs, lmao.

In WW2 romania left the axis and joined the soviets the moment the red army reached their border. In WW1 they joined the entente after the brussilow offensive. Romania should be known for switching sides just as much as italy considering they were also supposed to be part of the central powers in WW1.

I think we need to make it painfully clear to new players. How busted close air support really is With that being said alex. I think it would be a cool challenge for you to beat the allies as germany using only 20 width pure infantry and air. Ps dont remember if you've ever done something like it. But its an idea

Why does nobody use the expeditionary forces when they're a faction leader? When I see some faction members with some troops around doing nothing I always think they can be useful at least as fodder to hold the line. Am I getting something wrong?

Started to think that this save is intentional, no effort was put into the game, even a beginner would have be able to hold back the French by 1942.

This was not intentional, I declared war on too many countries and was lacking much equipment+most of France got retaken because I wasnt paying attention on invasions and not having a lot of divisions on the coastline

@@Casperdcvd AI does naval invasion more efficient than players, you always need coastal guards (I always have 72 divisions of 10 width cav or infantry guarding coastlines) before expanding. And since you are fighting on so many fronts, you need to slowdown a little, 5x gamespeed will make your wars unmanageable.
